Epiroc and Rugvista digitise their financial reporting – choosing OnlineReports

The listed companies Epiroc and Rugvista have chosen the Swedish tool OnlineReports for their annual reports. With digital reporting, significant cost savings can be achieved while the information becomes fully searchable for AI and market communication becomes fast and modern.

A growing number of listed companies are using the AI-driven platform OnlineReports for their annual and interim reports—clear evidence that the time is ripe for new, digital ways of working.

OnlineReports delivers significant time savings by eliminating manual steps, reducing the need for proofreading, and decreasing reliance on external resources. Digital reporting is also about how information is distributed and used in a world where AI agents do much of the work. Annual reports and financial reports in PDF format are no longer the obvious communication channel as AI crawlers and automated analysis of financial information become increasingly important.

“We chose OnlineReports because it is the most efficient solution for producing an annual report. For our readers, the HTML format means that accurate and relevant information about our company is easily accessible and searchable in an AI-driven environment. For us as a company, the user-friendly tool means fewer working hours and major cost savings thanks to a reduced need for design,” says Karin Larsson, Head of IR/Media at Epiroc

“With OnlineReports, it becomes more efficient for us to produce the annual report, collaborate internally, maintain version control, and publish our reports digitally. It is a modern way to reach the market and ensure that information is searchable for AI tools,” says Joakim Tuvner, CFO at Rugvista

OnlineReports was an early pioneer in digital reporting and produced the first web-based annual reports as early as 2011 for the Fourth AP Fund and Addtech.

“It is incredibly gratifying that Epiroc and Rugvista have chosen our platform. This shows that the market is finally ready for digital solutions. This is the future way of working with annual and interim reports—fast, secure, and fully aligned with how investors and analysts consume information today,” says Anna Oxenstierna, founder of OnlineReports
